Luksusowa literally means luxurious in Polish. Originally created in 1928, Luksusowa was meant to be the purest and most expensive vodka on the Polish vodka market.
Luksusowa is still produced exclusively in Zielona Gora, Poland based on the original recipe. The authentic recipe has remained unchanged and is still based on potatoes for its smooth and characteristic flavour.
Today, Luksusowa  is not only the best-selling potato vodka in the world; it is also one of the most critically acclaimed. To date, Luksusowa has won 30 international medals for quality. It is also the only Polish vodka to win 10 consecutive gold medals at the International Monde Selection competition in Brussels.
